We offer a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return and refund, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it
- Still have original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at support@monarkonline.co.za to begin the return process. Include the following:
- Your original order number or a copy of the receipt
- The reason for the return
- Whether you'll drop the item off at our return point, or if you'd prefer us to arrange courier collection. Collection will be at the buyers cost, unless the product was delivered damaged/faulty.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label.
- Full instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Beauty or personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note: Some banks or card issuers may take extra time to reflect the funds
