Do you offer locally produced products?
Yes! All of our Monark branded perfumes and body creams and other items are proudly crafted in South Africa using high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers. Each product is blended, bottled, and packaged by hand with care and intention. By supporting us, you're supporting local artisans and small-batch production — no mass manufacturing here.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery time can vary depending on the product and where it's supplier is based, but we typically aim to get your order to you within 4–20 working days.

If any unexpected delays come up, we’ll contact you directly.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as we haven't already shipped the item to you. Simply contact us directly to update your delivery address.
Will I pay import taxes?
Our local Monark products are not subject to import duties since we craft them right here in South Africa. However, some of our products are shipped from international suppliers. In such cases, your order may be subject to import duties upon arrival in South Africa. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
